the rooms were unclean with faulty AC, and the bathroom was outdated with leaky faucets. the staff services were not up to the mark as well, with slow response to queries. the breakfast was below average with a limited selection. Despite the affordability, I wouldn't recommend this hotel as the facilities were subpar.

One highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a wide range of delectable options. we would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Salem.

During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel which offered amazing amenities for the guests. The staff was really polite and helpful. The two facts offered that I really liked were the heated indoor pool and the open buffet. The key location was really convenient and the view from my room was breathtaking. Another advantage was the kids’ club that kept my children entertained for hours.

My stay was not all sunshine and rainbows. The worst aspect was that the room was not cleaned properly.

Everything was perfect, amazing property, staff very respectful, no issues.
