Rathna Residency Hotel - Salem

the rooms were unclean with faulty AC, and the bathroom was outdated with leaky faucets. the staff services were not up to the mark as well, with slow response to queries. the breakfast was below average with a limited selection. Despite the affordability, I wouldn't recommend this hotel as the facilities were subpar.

The hotel's maintenance was poor.

Having recently stayed at a hotel in Salem, we were thrilled with our experience. The hotel itself was excellent, with its excellent facilities and elegant decor. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing great service. One highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a wide range of delectable options. we would highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Salem.

During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel which offered amazing amenities for the guests. The staff was really polite and helpful. The two facts offered that I really liked were the heated indoor pool and the open buffet. The key location was really convenient and the view from my room was breathtaking. Another advantage was the kids' club that kept my children entertained for hours.

My stay was not all sunshine and rainbows. The worst aspect was that the room was not cleaned properly.

Everything was perfect, amazing hotel, staff very respectful, no issues.
